Welcome to a night in Hell at the Hojo on West 34th St. in NYC. On a recent trip we decided to cut costs and stay at the Hojo on West 34th Street for just $100 a night. Never again. It took us a matter of minutes before we cancelled the remainder of our reservation and then called the Hilton where we stayed for the rest of the trip. For just twice the price, the Hilton is a world away from the medeval dungeon known as the Howard Johnson. Read my list of complaints.
